The Reset is a 60-day group container designed to stop the circling and create real forward motion.

This is not therapy.

It’s structure, clarity, accountability, and behavioural change — applied at the exact moment habits, standards, and momentum are being formed.

About the work I do

I’m an Expert Life Coach and Solution Focused Hypnotherapist. My work focuses on behaviour, identity, and decision-making — not just insight.

My background includes:

Solution Focused Hypnotherapy (behavioural change, nervous system regulation, future-focused action)

Life Coaching at an identity and execution level

Nonviolent Communication (NVC) — applied to boundaries, self-leadership, and relational clarity

Neuroscience-informed work — understanding how habits, motivation, and follow-through actually form

Over a decade of experience working with women who are intelligent, self-aware, and capable — yet stuck in cycles of overthinking, avoidance, and self-betrayal
